Most of the ones I spoke with only painted a pretty picture of what they were going to do for me but did not relate to me the risks involved with debt settlement. Debtmerica was really the only one that explained everything to me in a way that made sense. They were patient and qualified my situation to make sure their program would be effective. The other guys were willing to start me without even reviewing my statements and tried to sell me with lower payments by extending the length of my program to a a point that would have probably gotten me sued. I am in the process of enrolling with Debtmerica now. They put everything in writing, including their money back guaranty. I can't imagine why they would have an 'F' rating with the BBB.
