8/27/08 UPDATE: Scott (an employee of DSA) left a comment about their BBB rating. It looks like it has changed from unsatisfactory at the time when I wrote this review (7/7/08) to now being “no rating”. However, 4 new BBB complaints have also been registered in that time. There is now a link to DSA’s BBB rating in the comments.

Your information is incorrect about Debt Settlement AMerica. They do not have an unsatifactory ranking with the BBB.

It looks like the BBB has changed DSA’s rating from unsatisfactory to no rating. 4 new complaints have also been added in that time (6 weeks ago). Here is a link to the BBB record for any interested consumers.

BBB now gives them an “F” rating. My ratings are not correct as I have not done business with them.
